Shipping policy

At Stinger’s Flame, we are committed to ensuring that your product arrive safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy for orders within the U.S.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4-6 business days.
  • Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or sales events.
  • UPDATE!!!! Please note, our production timeline for regular orders (under $200) is 4-6+ business days. Though we are working very hard to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible, due to a massive influx of incoming orders, the majority of orders are taking 6-7 business days to be shipped out right now.

Shipping Rates:

  • Economy Rates: 5-8 business days (5.99)
  • Standard Rates: 3-4 business days (9.99)
  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $75.

Shipping Methods:

  • All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx, depending on location and shipping preferences.
  • Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package's journey.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us at info@stingersflame.com with your order number, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 5 business days of receiving your package. Send us photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
